Pricing
$500 a month. Flat. That is the whole price list.
Not per document, not per seat, not per system. A shop keying forty documents a week has paid for it inside two weeks, at the published $7 to $21 it costs to key one by hand.
What the price covers
One price per shop, for all of it.
- Every purchase order and vendor invoice, however many
- Every channel: email, fax, phone, EDI, portals, paper
- Both systems: your ERP and your books, from one read
- Acknowledgments, ASNs and invoices sent back out from the same record
- Everyone in the shop can use it; there are no seats
What it does not cost
No implementation, no modules, no per-document meter.
- No setup fee: STRYKE trains on your last 90 days and is live in hours
- No ERP module or upgrade; nothing is installed in either system
- No per-document or per-user charge as volume grows
- No contract: month to month, and either side can end it at any month's close
Before you pay anything
The replay is free and signs nothing.
- Send 90 days of documents and the entries your team made from them
- STRYKE replays the lot and shows line by line what it would have entered, held and got wrong
- You judge it on your own paperwork, then decide
What is extra
Two things, and both are said up front.
- A VAN mailbox, if a customer requires one, is billed by the VAN, not by STRYKE
- Work under DFARS or ITAR flow-downs is handled in a separate environment; tell us before the replay
Questions shops ask
Is there a per-document charge above some volume?
No. $500 a month per shop covers every document STRYKE handles for that shop. A shop at 300 documents a month and a shop at 3,000 pay the same.
What counts as a shop?
One company, one ERP, one set of books. A second plant with its own ERP and its own books is a second shop at the same price.
How does the free replay work?
You send your last 90 days of customer POs and vendor invoices in whatever form they arrived, plus the entries your team made from them. STRYKE trains on them and replays every document, and you get the line-by-line report: entered, held, wrong. It costs nothing and you can walk away with the report.
