The short version
We collect what we need to run the service and reply to you, we use your documents only to do your entry, we do not sell anything about you, and you can have it all deleted by asking.
What we collect from the website
When you request a demo we keep what you type into the form: your name, company, work email, phone if you give it, your role, your document volume, the systems you run, how your orders arrive, and your notes. The form also records the page it was sent from, the time, your IP address and country, which we use to stop automated abuse. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Analytics on our marketing pages
On the marketing pages (the home page, product, pricing, demo, about, solutions and industries pages) we can measure how visitors use the site with three tools: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Mixpanel. None of them loads until you press Accept on the banner. Declining loads nothing. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal we treat that as declining and do not show the banner. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage under the name stryke-consent, and nothing about it is sent to us.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google). Counts page views and the events listed below, with approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and the page that referred you. It sets cookies on this site (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an id). We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). Records how a page is used: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, shown to us as heatmaps and session replays. Fields in our forms are masked, so what you type into them is not recorded. It sets cookies on this site (named _clck and _clsk).
- Mixpanel. Counts the same page views and events. It keeps an anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and we ask it not to use your IP address for location.
The events are: a page view, a click on a link to the demo, pricing, start or sign-in page or to our sales email or phone number, and a demo request or replay request being sent. For the last two, only the fact that it was sent goes to the tools, never anything you typed or uploaded.
These tools are not used in the customer portal, on the sign-in page, in the free replay report, or anywhere your documents are, and your documents are never sent to them. Each tool processes what it collects under its own terms; we have no advertising partners and do not sell this data.
Change or withdraw your choice. This forgets your choice, shows the banner again, and removes the cookies and local-storage entries those three tools set on this site. Data already collected stays with each tool until its retention period ends.
What we collect to run the service
To run a replay or the paid service we receive the purchase orders and vendor invoices you send us, the matching entries from your ERP and accounting systems, and the credentials or integrations you give us to post entries. Those documents contain information about your customers and vendors: company names, addresses, part numbers, prices, contact names and emails. We hold it as your processor; you remain responsible for it under your own agreements with those parties.
How we use it
Your documents train a model that works for you alone. We use them to read, check and enter your documents, to show you the review list and the audit trail, and to fix problems you report. We do not use your documents, your entries or your model to build or improve anything for any other customer, and we do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Who else sees it
The service runs on Cloudflare (hosting, email delivery and analytics). If you accept the banner on our marketing pages, Google, Microsoft and Mixpanel also receive the analytics described above. Documents we read with the help of AI model providers are sent to them only for the act of reading, under agreements that do not allow them to train on your data. We share information when the law requires it. We have no advertising partners.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for 12 months and then deleted unless you have become a customer. Documents and entries for an active customer are kept for the life of the account so that the audit trail works; when the service ends they are deleted within 30 days, or sooner on request. We keep what accounting and tax law require us to keep about the commercial relationship itself.
Your choices
Ask support@strykeautomation.com at any time to see what we hold about you or your business, to correct it, or to delete it. We answer within 30 days. If you are a customer of one of our customers and have a question about a document that mentions you, we will point you to the right business, because it controls that record.
Security
Documents and credentials are stored encrypted and reachable only by the people who need them to run your account. We keep a record of what was read and what was entered so that any change can be traced. If we learn of a breach that affects your data we will tell you without undue delay.
Children
The service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, email active customers before they take effect.
